DK-MY Properties has come a long way since its inception in 2004. For nearly two decades, DK-MY Properties has been delivering top quality living solutions with speed and efficiency. At DK-MY Properties, we have adopted “Dare to Be Different” as our philosophy towards every aspect of our operations.

1997

The company found its start in the automotive leather industry as DK Leather, founded by Danny Koek Tiang Kung. DK Leather expanded into the DK Group of Companies and soon grew into a global conglomerate.

Through their implementation of IoT (Internet of Things) solutions, the DK Group emerged as one of Malaysia’s upcoming smart manufacturers.

2004-2008

2011

DK Senza, Phase 1 of DK City @ Bandar Sunway,
was unveiled to the public. With a GDV of RM3.1 billion,

DK Senza received an excellent response and was sold within 6 months.

2012

D’Latour, Phase 2 of DK City @ Bandar Sunway, was launched.

With resort-style amenities such as the Elevated Infinity Edge Pool and lush hanging gardens, D’Latour was designed to be the benchmark of residential living in Bandar Sunway.

2018 - 2019

At Property Insight’s Prestigious Developer Awards (PIPDA) 2018, DK-MY Properties received the Best Boutique Lifestyle Development award.

The following year, DK-MY Properties gained further recognition at the ASEAN Property Award 2018 / 2019, winning three awards in one night - Best Innovative Responsible Developer, Innovative Developer, and Best Mixed Lifestyle Development for D’Immersione.

In May 2019, DK-MY Properties was crowned Preeminent Developer at PIPDA 2019, and was awarded Best Efficient Design Development for DK Impian as well as Best Hybrid Development for The Suite.
